TRUMP ACCOUNT | LIVE TELE-CONFERENCE RECORDING

Dear Client,

We would like to notify you that if you applied for a Trump Account by submitting form 4547, either on your tax return or by visiting online form.trumpaccounts.gov, your account is not open yet.

You already applied for it, but you still need to activate it at trumpaccount.com.

Below are the next steps to complete your account setup:

Step 1: You’ll get an email from Trump Accounts with a link to open your account. If you didn’t get the email yet, you can still open your account by going to trumpaccount.com.

Step 2: Sign in to trumpaccount.com with the email address you entered on form 4547.

If you submitted form 4547 with your tax return, skip to step 6.

If you submitted it yourself online at form.trumpaccounts.gov (with the link we sent you), continue to step 3.

Step 3: It will ask you if you submitted the form 4547. We recommend resubmitting it by entering “no, I didn’t submit form 4547” and you’ll be forwarded to IRS.gov.

(If you answer yes, you’ll be prompted to confirm your identity, it will show that it’s in process and it doesn’t seem to change with time)

If you already have an IRS.gov account continue to step 4.

If you don’t yet have an IRS.gov account skip to step 5.

Step 4: Sign into your IRS.gov account, submit the form 4547. and skip to step 6.

Step 5: If you don’t yet have an IRS.gov account, you must sign up for an account. To open an account, you’ll need to verify your identity through ID.me.

• You’ll need the following original documents: social card, a government issued photo ID, a device with a camera for a video call and to take pictures from your documents, you’ll need a code by text or email for multi-factor authentication. Once you have your IRS account, go back to step 4.

Step 6: First enter the name and social of the primary taxpayer on the tax return, then follow the prompts to easily complete the process of opening your Trump account for all dependents

“Please note that we cannot open an IRS.gov account for you as it has to be done by the individual himself and verified with a video call.”
